How I support you

I design strategic digital and in-person event experiences for B2B teams.

From invite-only roundtables and executive dinners to webinars, conferences, and curated experiences, I help organisations bring the right people together and turn events into real business outcomes.

Hi, I’m Julia.

Event strategy and delivery have been a consistent thread throughout my career.

Over the years, I’ve designed and produced 100+ events across formats and scales for startups, scale-ups, corporates, NGOs, and ecosystem organisations with formats such as side events at major conferences like TOA Berlin, educational sessions, curated networking experiences, topic-specific gatherings, knowledge-exchange and lead generation formats.

My focus is always the same: clear goals, the right audience, strong content, and measurable outcomes.

How I work?

Every event, no matter the format, starts with three core questions:

  1. What is the goal of the event?

  2. Who is the audience?

  3. Who should provide value or input in the room?

These guide the structure, the narrative, and the outcomes.

End-to-end ownership

From concept development to on-site execution to post-event insights, I offer support across the entire journey.

I own the entire operational complexity so you can focus on your core capabilities and know-how.

Measurable Outcomes

I create gatherings that don’t just bring people together for the sake of bringing people together.

It is about moments that inspire action, strengthen positioning, and provide visibility within your ecosystem.

Who I work with

I work with B2B teams and organisations that want to use events as a strategic lever for growth, visibility, conversion and connection.

My clients range from startups and scaleups to corporates, investors, and NGOs. They come to me when they want formats that go beyond standard meetups and drive real business outcomes.

I offer flexible cooperation models, fractional, project, or contract based, depending on your goals, needs and internal capacity.

Why work with me

The event landscape has become increasingly crowded.

As more companies move from sponsoring to hosting their own events, simply “running an event” is no longer enough. You need formats that truly resonate with your audience and create moments that stand out in a sea of sameness.

This is where I come in.

I approach every event as a strategic journey, with three connected phases:

  • I help you define the right format for the right audience, craft a strong narrative, and ensure we bring the right people into the room.

  • I design digital and in-person experiences that feel intentional, focused, and engaging.

No unnecessary complexity, just thoughtful curation that creates relevance, connection, and memorability.

  • I support you with follow-up, data collection, and insights so each event drives real outcomes and sets a strong foundation for the next one.

I bring structure, strategy, and a deep understanding of how ecosystems work and I take the operational complexity off your plate so you can stay focused on what matters most to you.

What Partners Say

  • Working with Julia on the Holvi x Women in Tech event was an enriching experience for us.

From the initial idea to the final execution, the collaboration was marked by professionalism, openness, and a strong commitment to supporting women in the tech industry.

Together, we created an inspiring event with valuable exchange, practical learnings, and great networking opportunities.

    Holvi

  • I had the opportunity to work with Julia in several areas.

As event organisers, we jointly held an offline meetup for students and graduates of IT Career Hub and BIT – Beam Institute of Technology in Berlin. Julia selected brilliant speakers and supportive facilitators, and the whole process went as smoothly and inspiringly as possible for the audience.

I also attended a meetup organised by Julia at Amazon, where she moderated a panel discussion for working mothers.

I was in awe as I watched Julia create an atmosphere in which the speakers could open up as much as possible, both as professionals and as people. The organisation was outstanding.
